Alexey Koshokin, IT Infrastructure Manager at Intel Inc.
On behalf of IT engineers in Nizhny Novgorod let me show our appreciation to Serhiy for delivering remarkable Kanban classes. These classes delivered in our language together with Serhiy's passion to teach us greatly contributed to our understanding of the topic. Another pleasant thing was that Serhiy visited our site on tight schedule which didn't delay our education. We definitely recommend Kanban classes led by Serhiy to everyone interested in Agile. Let me say thank you very much indeed!

Derya Eker, Manager ASIC Digital Design - Processor IP Design at Synopsys Inc.
Serhiy helped me and my team during introduction of Kanban practices as part of project execution of processor development activities. He has been a great help in getting things in place. His emphasis on reducing multi-tasking helped the team a lot in increasing the efficiency. I trust that his skills and enthusiasm will enable others to move into the world of Agile practices.

Menno Lindwer, VP Engineering at GrAI Matter Labs
I worked with Serhiy both in his capacity as Scrum/Agile coach and as Program Manager. Serhiy did an excellent job in consulting my four product teams on their adoption of Agile development. Serhiy strongly feels that agile processes should be implemented to the spirit, rather than to the letter. He is able to translate the context of each team into a dedicated agile process that works best for that team. As a Program Manager, Serhiy has a keen eye for all indicators that need to be in place to determine product readiness (e.g. feature completeness, quality, performance). He plays close to the ball, challenging development teams on all these vectors. All-in-all, I enjoyed very much working with Serhiy in both these capacities.

It is very dynamic training, you learn while you do the activities! (very good ones). Probably at the beginning you don't feel you are understanding what is Kanban about, but during the entire training then the rest of the theory will explain better and answer your doubts. Serhiy is a very nice guy with a lot of experience that will answer all your questions.

Like to have more about the value stream mapping. Maybe it assumes that all people know something about Kanban

Good training. Take more control over timing, people tend to deviate from it with irrelevant topics. Stick to the times.

Better training than the KMP I. It is the first training I take where is it explained all those situations you faced implementing Agile methodologies (not just Kanban or Scrum, I feel applies for all) and what to do with them. The experience of Serhiy helps you to better understand what to do in many cases. Thank you.
