The Kanban Method provides pragmatic, actionable, evidence-based guidance for successful evolutionary change. The application of the Kanban Method is not restricted to software development, but for any kind of knowledge creation work as an alternative path to agility or as the next development step for mature agile teams. It starts with what you do now and pursues evolutionary change while respecting current roles, responsibilities and job titles, and encouraging leadership at all levels. This allows organizations to evolve business processes gradually, define and use relevant metrics to measure progress, and significantly reduce the risks associated with complex change programs.
Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) is a one-day course accredited by the Lean Kanban University (LKU). The class teaches the basics of the Kanban Method and serves as the entry level and starting point to an alternative path to agility. The intention of the course is to learn core concepts of Agile, Lean, and the Kanban Method as well as design and implement a Kanban task board on the single-team level.

Serhiy holds MBA degree from the Nyenrode Business University, The Netherlands, Master degree "cum laude" in Applied Mathematics from the Lviv State University, Ukraine and a number of professional certifications: Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT), Kanban Management Professional (KMP), Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) from the Lean Kanban University, Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Scrum Alliance, PRINCE2 Foundation from the APM Group. Serhiy is an author or co-author of 19 published patents.
