Sustained improvement

Our Agile and Lean coaching philosophy is to help the business to define the actions to achieve sustained improvement using objective information. This includes establishing:

Intake to understand the business needs, listen to the voice of the customer, determine internal and external sources of dissatisfaction and define the improvement path. The choice of the Agile and Lean approach to use for the transformation (the Kanban Method or Scrum) is determined and advised after the analysis of organizational and team maturity, way of working, and business goals.

Training to educate the management and team members, minimize their resistance to the change and teach them the skills necessary in an Agile environment

Engagement on all levels of organization by coaching, knowledge and experience sharing between teams, cultural changes to foster leadership on all levels of organization, joint definition and execution of Kanban or Scrum systems, and setting up processes for continuous improvement, amongst others service, operations, risk and strategy reviews

Metrics to establish a (minimal) number of necessary measurements (e.g. lead time) for constant monitoring of the health of organization, uncovering the bottlenecks and waste, and understanding the level of predictability of internal processes

Actions for continuous improvement to be defined using the objective information provided by the metrics, and committed to execute by all stakeholders
